One of the largest multi purpose conference, exhibition & banqueting Bristol venues in the southwest with 1,700 square meters of floor space. The area is very open with no obstructions or pillars. It offers: ground floor access, a ceiling height of 3.2m, natural daylight, air conditioning, WI-FI, 3 Phase power, plenty of power points, a telephone line and car parking for up to 500 cars. Adjoined to the main Dolman exhibition hall ideal for a registration area or breakout room this area can also be used for informal receptions for up to 80 guests. Premier Lounge Premier Lounge
Our state of the art premier lounge is ideal for evening parties & receptions for up to 150 guests. It has its own private bar facility but can also be utilised for seminars & presentations for up to 100 delegates and is a ideal space for smaller exhibitions. Situated on the 1st floor in the Williams stand with lift access, it has its own private entrance, cloakroom facility, lots of natural daylight & blackout facility. The premier lounge is fully air-conditioned with built in audio visual equipment including DVD player, 4 plasma screens, powerpoint facilities, PA & Microphones, WI-FI and has full disabled access. Premier Suite Premier Suite
The Premier suite is best suited for larger conferences, seminars and presentations for up to 120 delegates. You can also hold Bristol receptions and dinner dances for up to 150 guests here. It is situated on the 1st floor via the directors entrance, and this Bristol meeting room has natural daylight with a blackout facility, fully air conditioned, private bar facility.
