Dolman Lounge
Adjoined to the main Dolman exhibition hall ideal for a registration area or breakout room this area can also be used for informal receptions for up to 80 guests. Premier Lounge
Our state of the art premier lounge is ideal for evening parties & receptions for up to 150 guests with its own private bar facility but can also be utilised for seminars & presentations for up to 100 delegates and is a ideal space for smaller exhibitions. Situated on the 1st floor in the Williams stand with lift access, it has its own private entrance, cloakroom facility, lots of natural daylight, blackout facility, fully air-conditioned with built in audio visual equipment including DVD player, 4 plasma screens, powerpoint facilities, PA & Microphones, WI-FI and has full disabled access. Premier Suite
Suited best for larger conferences, Seminars & presentations for up to 120 delegates, receptions & dinner dances for up to 150 guests, situated on the 1st floor via the directors entrance, this room has natural daylight with a blackout facility, fully air conditioned, private bar facility, also has it own built AV equipment including Plasma screens, DVD player, PA system & WI-FI access. Directors Suite
