Exhibitions

The Evening Post Dolman Exhibition Hall is one of the largest multi-purpose venues in the South West with 1,700 square metres of exhibition flexible open floor space. It is ideal for large conferences, Bristol exhibitions and corporate dinners as well as tradeshows, launch parties, award ceremonies and auctions. This room can be utilised, divided and dressed to match the needs of your Bristol event.
Ashton Gate Stadium is renowned for hosting large-scale trade fairs, but we also have an active interest in helping smaller specialist shows develop. We provide advice, support and essential services to organisers.
The venue has ground floor access (with wheelchair access), natural daylight, private bar and catering facilities, air-conditioning and complementary car parking for up to 500 cars.

Dolman Dining Package
Our Dolman Exhibition Hall is ideal for large events and is perfect for larger events for up to 750 guests. Whether you are planning on holding a corporate dinner, awards ceremony, annual ball or a charity fundraiser, we have the facilities and experience to tailor-make your event just the way you want it.
Our Dolman Dining Package includes all of the following from only £35.00 per person:
- Exclusive use of our Dolman Exhibition Hall
- Stylish drape dressing in black and white with feature lighting
- Red carpet and mini-marquee entrance
- 3 course dinner with coffee (range of menus available)
- Full cash bar and pre-order wine facility
- Parking for up to 500 cars with an overnight option
- Security and parking stewards if needed
Williams Dining Package!

With 80-160 guests we would recommend the use of our Premier Suite. This popular room has a modern and contemporary feel with a private bar, dance floor and plenty of room for your guests to eat, drink and have fun!
Our Williams Dining Package includes all of the following from only £29.50 per person:
- Exclusive use of our Premier Suite with dance floor area
- 3 course dinner with coffee (range of menus available)
- Full cash bar and pre-order wine facility
