We have a number of suites available ranging from private intimate boardrooms and spacious meeting rooms to our Dolman Exhibition Hall, allowing us to cater for 3 to 900 delegates! No matter the size of your event, we will expertly plan it with you from start to finish.
Meetings
Ashton Gate Stadium is the perfect venue for all kind of meetings, from interviews to formal board meetings.
Our standard day delegate rate includes the following:
- Room hire for your main room
- Additional rooms available at a reduced rate
- 3 servings of tea, fairtrade coffee and biscuits
- Hot and cold finger buffet
- Delegate stationery – pad, pen, water, sweets, etc
- Flip chart
- Screen (6x4ft)
- High speed internet access
- Complimentary car parking for up to 500 cars
Additional audio visual equipment can be provided at competitive rates.

Sitting on the outskirts of the city centre with plenty of free parking, Ashton Gate Stadium is ideally located for breakfast meetings. Delegates and guests can avoid the city centre congestion and arrive for breakfast meetings focused and ready for the day!
