If you’re visiting Ashton Gate Stadium for the first time or haven’t been for a while, then it’s worthwhile you familiarise yourself with the stadium using the information below.

Due to the outbreak of coronavirus and the worldwide pandemic that has followed, The Killers concert at Ashton Gate Stadium has been postponed to next year (2021). 

The below should help cover any questions you may have:

What is the new rescheduled date?

Yes, the Manic Street Preachers are still the support act for the concert at Ashton Gate Stadium

I bought a hospitality package - do I need to do anything?

No – your package will automatically be transferred to the new date. Our events team will be contacting all hospitality bookings in the coming days with more information

I bought a general admission ticket – what happens now and what if I can’t make the new date?

I bought a hospitality ticket –what if I can’t make the new date?

Please email the stadium events team on events@ashtongate.co.ukand quote your booking information – someone in the events team will respond directly

If I have booked travel with you (through Bristol Sport Supporter Services), is this transferable?

Yes - Your travel ticket will be transferred automatically to the new concert date. If you still have a question please email: supporterservices@bristol-sport.co.ukquoting your booking reference

I bought a disabled access ticket – do I need to do anything?

No – your tickets and any additional service you booked will automatically be transferred to the new date. Our supporter services team will be contacting all bookings in the coming days with more information.

I bought a disabled access ticket – what if I can’t make the new date?

Please email the stadium supporter services team on supporterservices@bristol-sport.co.ukand quote your booking information – someone in the supporter services team will respond directly

 If I have booked parking with you, is this transferable?

If you have bought parking through our hospitality package it will be transferred automatically to the new concert date and the events team will reconfirm that with you in due course

How do I get to Bristol, Ashton Gate?

Is there parking available at the Stadium?

There is no parking available at the stadium or nearby due to residents parking schemes and road closures. There are park and ride sites which are available to book here with parking offered free of charge.

Disabled parking is also currently available nearby. To book please call 0117 963 0600.

Can I get dropped off and picked up at the Stadium?

There is no designated drop off or pick up point at the Stadium or in the immediate vicinity. In the interests of public safety the roads surrounding the Stadium will be closed at the end of the concert to ensure pedestrians can leave the event safely.

What can I bring with me?

If it is necessary to bring a bag, ensure it is as small as possible.  Nothing larger than size A4 will be permitted. 

Suitable clothing in case of inclement weather. Umbrellas will not be permitted inside the venue.

One bottle of water (500ml or smaller) in transparent plastic will be permitted, but these must be sealed on entry.

What should I NOT bring with me?

All bags will be searched on entry and anything larger than A4 size will not be permitted.  The following is a list of prohibited items (please check nearer to the time of the concert for any updates):

  • Glass, cans, bottles or thermos flasks of any kind
  • Flammable liquids and aerosols (including perfume, hairspray etc)
  • Laser pens/pointers
  • Laptops, Ipads, professional cameras/video equipment
  • Food and drink, unless for medicinal purposes
  • Umbrellas, signs, banners, flags, inflatables, selfie sticks
  • Air horns, whistles or other noise making devices
  • Knives or weapons, fireworks, confetti, glitter bombs or sprays

Is there an opportunity to do special announcements?

No.  It will not be possible to request special announcements or displays on screens.

Where are the bars and toilets?

There will be a wide range of bars and food outlets located around the Sradium both inside the concourses and outside in the fan village.There are also plenty of toilets located inside the concourses as well as temporary toilets in the fan village.

What is in the Fan Village?

The Fan Village, opens at 3pm and has a great choice of food outlets as well as bars. There will also be pre-concert entertainment to get you in the mood for the concert.

Are there cash machines at the stadium?

No, unfortunately we do not have any cash machines at the Stadium. 

Are there smoking areas inside the stadium?

Smoking/ Vaping is not permitted inside the hospitality suites or stadium bowl.

Where can I buy tickets from?

Can I buy a hospitality ticket for the concert?

Hospitality tickets are now SOLD OUT.

How many tickets can I buy?

Each person can buy up to four tickets.

What are the age restrictions?

General restrictions; U16s accompanied by 18+, no children under 5 years old

Pitch Standing; No U14s, U16s must be accompanied by 18+

Reserved Seating; U16s accompanied by 18+, no children 5 and under

Can I buy tickets on the day?

We expect the concert to sell out in advance meaning no tickets would be available on the day.

Can children and babies get in free with a parent?

No, everyone entering the stadium must have a ticket. It is not advisable to bring very young children to the concert due to the noise levels experienced.

When will I receive my tickets?

Tickets or E tickets will be sent closer to the show date.

I have lost my ticket, what should I do?

Please contact your point of purchase.

What do I do if I need to change my ticket after I have purchased?

Please contact your point of purchase.

I bought tickets from an unauthorised secondary ticket reseller and need to check the validity?

We advise purchasing from partnered ticket sellers only. In this instance we would advise that you need to contact the secondary site as we have no control over tickets being sold by unauthorized sites.

I live outside of the UK; will you mail my tickets to me?

Please contact your point of purchase and advise them your details.

What if I have a general admission ticket, where do I sit/stand?

Standing tickets are for standing space on the pitch.

If I have Pitch Standing do I have access to any seats?

No, there are no seats on the pitch.  Anyone who has purchased tickets for either of these two areas, both of which are on the pitch, will not have access to any seats in the stands as these have all been sold and are, therefore, reserved.

If I have purchased a reserved seat in a Stand, do I have access to the pitch?

No, we have a strict capacity for the number of people on the pitch for safety reasons, therefore, we are unable to permit those customers with reserved seats in the stands to have access onto the pitch.
